Grodan Delta 10G 100 mm Cube 42/40 Hole 144 Carton

Description

GD10GH – Grodan Delta 10G 100 mm Cube 42/40 Hole (144/ctn)

100 mm Delta block with a plant hole for rooted plugs.

Grodan Delta is Grodan’s propagation block. Its vertical fibre structure spreads water and nutrients evenly through the block and lets roots grow through its full depth. The 10G is a 100 mm cube with a 42/40 hole that takes a rooted AO 36/40 or SBS plug. It carries plants through early vegetative growth. Grodan stone wool is naturally slightly alkaline, so soak at pH 5.5 to bring the block to approximately pH 6.2. For soaking, Grodan recommends a vegetative nutrient solution at EC 2.5 to 3.5 mS/cm. A saturated 100 mm block should weigh at least 800 g. Keep the plug moist until roots grow into the block, then let water content drop gradually so roots fill it. Once rooted, place the block on a Grodan slab or Big Mama.
