Grodan Delta 4G 75 mm Cube 40/40 Hole 384 pcs

Description

GD4GH40/40 – Grodan Delta 4G 75 mm Cube 40/40 Hole (384 pcs)

Compact 75 mm Delta block with a hole for rooted plugs.

The Delta 4G 40/40 is the compact 75 mm block in the Grodan Delta propagation range, with a pre-formed 40/40 plant hole. Rooted AO 36/40 or SBS plugs drop straight into the hole, so moving plants on from the propagation tray is quick and disturbs them very little. Grodan advises transplanting as soon as white root tips show and before roots grow long and dense. Like all Delta blocks, it has a vertical fibre structure that spreads water and nutrients evenly, and grooves underneath that keep air and water at the base. Grodan stone wool is naturally slightly alkaline, so soak at pH 5.5 to bring the block to approximately pH 6.2. Use a balanced nutrient solution for soaking. Once rooted, place the block on a Grodan slab or a larger block.
